# Tickets

Tiket berfungsi untuk menampung dan mengelola keluhan, saran, pertanyaan, dsb dari customer / client Anda.

Selain itu juga bisa digunakan untuk tracking issue yang ada di tim internal Anda.

Contoh pada tim software development atau design agency misalnya. Teman satu tim melaporkan bahwa ada hasil pekerjaan kita yang error atau perlu revisi. Maka dia bisa menginput masalah nya pada fitur tiket ini.

Tiket bisa dibuat melalui form internal (setelah login), form public (tanpa login), maupun dari email. Tiket tersebut akan
